No. The application that determined whether or not you are entitled to the standard offer was for a specific project at a specific location. Additionally, within a short period of time you will have executed a Standard Offer Purchase Power Agreement which includes a project description including project location and documentation of Site Control.
Therefore, if you find out your site is not suitable your only option is to voluntarily withdraw from the queue.
