No, the maximum size for a project is 2.2 MW.  If it appears that projects on the same parcel of land, or contiguous parcels will collectively have capacities exceeding 2.2 MW I will inform the Board and they will make a case-by-case determination whether or not the projects constitute a single project for the purposes of V.S.A. 30 §8002(12).  If the Board decides that the plants collectively exceed the 2.2 MW capacity cap, all the projects will lose their place in the queue.
